We have a large fleet of vehicles ranging from saloon, estate, executive, mpv or Mpv+ that can carry upto 8 passangers. The suitability of the vehicle is dependant on our customers needs. All our vehicles are clean and maintained to high standards. We uphold this by inspecting each and every vehicle on regular intervals.
The general rule when booking is that you should allow at least 24 hours to book a vehicle. This then enables the control team to plan advance for best allocation of the suitable vehicles. If a booking is made and there is an issue our 24 hour call center will contact you to resolve any problems as soon as the booking is made. It is always best to plan ahead for any journey so you can book days, weeks or months in advance. Once you have booked, you are guaranteed a vehicle when done in advance.
- We do not take card payments. Only cash or bank transfers.
You can cancel a booking at any time. However, in the event where no sufficient notice is given, there may be some administration charges.
If the booking is cancelled 6 hours in advance the full booking fee will be refunded back to the customer with no additional charges. We can also provide a full refund under exceptional circumstances outside the 6 hour rule. However in the event that a vehicle is dispatched to the pickup address as it is close to the booking time no refunds will be given in order to compensate the driver’s loss of earnings and time.
We kindly request all our customers to specify their flight number whilst making a booking. This is so we can check the flight and send out a driver accordingly. Regardless of the change of flight schedule the driver will always be on time. In the event where the flight is delayed, there will be no extra charge for the customer.
In the event that your flight is cancelled, you must call our call centre immediately as at times the airlines do not share this information on their information boards until last minute. If you have missed your flight, you must call us before the driver is dispatched so we can rebook without incurring any further costs.
- The driver will meet at the pickup point of the respective airport and terminal. The customer will have a link on their smartphones in order to contact the driver if they wish so and also the driver can contact the customer if they need to arrange a meeting point. It’s very important that the customer switches their mobile on as soon as they arrive.the driver can meet the customer at the arrivals lounge with a board with their name on request, but this will have an additional cost.
If for any reason you are unable to locate your driver, you must call us on 01992 76 26 26 so we can organise a communication between you and the driver and allocate a place of meeting.
- You will receive a confirmation text on your mobile phone with the booking details. If any details are incorrect please call our office to amend it. Booking confirmation e-mail can be sent upon request from the customer.
